Not recieving new emails in Outlook 2013 - Microsoft Community


hi,

not receiving new mail in outlook (email client) since 28-06-2017.

we using gsuite business , email settings follows

have tried following things still not recieving new mail.

1. removed email account , added new one

2. updated windows

3. subscribed imap folders

4. set root folder "inbox"

5. installed email client , working fine (not issue isp)

need verify if has outlook app or, on account. isolate issue, kindly provide following information:



Office / Outlook / Windows 10 / Office 2013
