Office 2016 - Outlook Search: Previous search not cleared - Microsoft Community

build installed: version 16.0.8201.2102

i using additional search fields 

while inbox selected , using search, got wanted did needed do, , switch folder without clearing filter first, value stays there.

the field uneditable, , either have remove field , re-add, or restart outlook.

our engineering team still working on fix , there no eta fix release.

i keep updated , appreciate patience , understanding. can monitor our roadmap , check if next outlook update fix it.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
