Office 365 not working - Microsoft Community


using office 365 on windows 10.  of sudden outlook doesn't start , says drivers d3d10_1.dll , d3d11.dll cannot found in file path.   other office applications not work either.    ran "sfc" on command , corrupt files repaired, didn't solve problem.  reinstalled office , didn't help.  do ?

we know more issue you're encountering office applications. kindly answer following:

  • are using office 365 home or office 365 business?
  • have made changes on computer prior issue?
  • are getting same error message other office applications?
  • have tried running office applications on safe mode?

in meantime, can refer link , download office configuration analyzer tool (offcat). tool provides detailed report of installed office programs. highlights known issues found when offcat scans computer.

we'll waiting response.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
