Outlook 2013 subject of email in Armenian language displaying as - Microsoft Community


hi there

i have issue outlook 2013 clients office. users using office 2013 , outlook email subject in armenian displaying symbol ???????. issue related when receive email in armenian  subject only. have armenian unicode fonts installed.

i tried test. when sending email user outlook same email address armenian subject kept fine in sent in inbox receiving email subject ????????.  

also note:  armenian text showed normal inside email. interesting. user clients on windows 7 ultimate 64 bit , connected domain. 

would great if have advice.

thanks helpful reply. unfotunately ticked automatic detection language , goes default. discover issue related kasperskiy internet security option spam filter on. when turned off spam filter of kasperskiy armenian subjects showed fine . interesting.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
