Outlook Crashes: Office 2016 for Mac Home & Business - Microsoft Community


outlook 2016 mac crashes every time search email.

can't use product.

horrible.  just spent $$$ , on 1 hour reinstalling tech support.

i know concern outlook mac client crashes when search email. please let know whether issue still persist after reinstalling outlook mac 2016 client.

 

if issue hasn’t been solved, please provide following information us:

1. the detailed version of outlook mac client , mac os. on top bar, click outlook > outlook check outlook version, looks 15.30 (170107). apple menu, choose mac check mac version, looks 10.12(16a323).

2. receive error message when issue occurs? provide screenshot of error message us, directly know situation.

3. when outlook mac client crashes, click “more information” , send crash log us. protect privacy, have sent private message collect it. can access private message via link: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/privatemessages/list

Sync Error: 800CCC0F-0-0-560 and 8004DF03-0-0-560 - Microsoft Community

hello i know others have posted error, not recently, , not outlook 2016. have imap account. so receiving number of errors in synchronization logs (800ccc0f-0-0-560 , 8004df03-0-0-560). appears draft folder thats causing issue. however, there nothing saved in draft folder in outlook or webmail client. i have talked 4 different microsoft tech support people. have repaired office, repaired pst file, created new outlook data file, turned off antivirus, subscribed/unsubscirbed folders (though cant unsubscribe drafts). any ideas? hi weiss, you may getting errors due permissions in outlook. let's see if changing root folder make difference when syncing mail. follow these steps: open outlook. click on file . go account settings . select account settings . click on change . select more settings . go advanced . enter inbox as root folder path . click ok . restart outlook. let know if steps allow aroun...
