Please help me - Microsoft Community


i have gotton email saying:

"folders in mail box have conflict rename following folder junk"

i'v tried fix no matter can't seem able change it.

issue due duplicate junk folders in outlook. further isolate issue, kindly verify following:

  • when did issue start?
  • are using computer or mobile device when encounter issue?
  • have tried deleting conflicting junk folder in outlook?
  • have tried logging in email domain using web browser, , rename or delete conflicting junk folder?
  • any recent changes made email account prior issue?
  • have tried removing , setting email account again in outlook?
  • what other troubleshooting steps have done resolve issue?

we're looking forward response.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
