i unable access "group mailbox" 365 personal account. when login personal account, attempting open mailbox dropdown on profile tab, returns error "the custom error module not recognize error."

more info: users receive error message states: "the custom error module not recognize error." while we're focused on remediation, users may access shared mailboxes through outlook client. tenant administrators can view current information , updates on shd @ link here
