reply & forward status icons missing? - Microsoft Community


the critical reply & forward arrow icons not showing column option in outlook 2016 macos.  so there no way of knowing messages have been replied or forwarded!  has found fix this?  i can find few threads no solutions!

seems such major design flaw?

the problem seems have been resolved restarting outlook.

when re-opened up, 'message status' column had returned.

there no longer colored arrows forwarding + reply, gray.  but important thing  they're there!

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
