Scanning Email to Outlook 2010 (Konica Bizhub C368) - Microsoft Community


absolute noob @ these kind of things; however, have installed new printer in our office (model above).

previously, able scan documents straight our emails...  now, new printer, able scan email servers such gmail , yahoo, not outlook (2010)... our work email server. 

i have trawled through every google result... , got nothing in return. 

if haven't included enough details, let me know. 

appreciate help. much!

to better assist you, know windows version running? initial troubleshooting, suggest update drivers of printer can through windows update or through manufacturer's website.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
