All Required Attendees Decline - Microsoft Community

is there way have conditional format on meeting organizer change color code if required attendees decline meeting request?  visual indicator on calendar (except having click tracking button)

i have several 1:1s every week (set recurring meetings) , weeks people can't make 1:1 (vacation, other critical meetings).since meet weekly it's not problem decline , catchup following week.

it’s not feasible set conditional format change color code if attendees decline meeting request. example, if attendee decline meeting in week, can see status in tracking. know don’t want check meeting status using tracking feature. recommend contact attendees , let select “send response now” button when decline meeting. , receive notification email says has declined meeting.
