okay, know set doesn't make sense, it's user wants. user has 2 mailboxes, mailbox b forwarding mailbox a. mailbox has delegate access, both mailboxes showing in outlook. found emails mailbox b being deleted when arriving @ mailbox a. there 1 rule configured , doesn't move deleted items.
only thing can think of being deleted because outlook see's same email hitting both mailboxes , figures forwarding copy redundant , deleting it. aside creating rule move inbox, options there? using exchange through office 365.
before removed delegate access , subsequently mailbox b outlook, finding emails arriving @ both inboxes when there no email client running. there absolutely no rules set delete email of kind, whether server side or client side.
all signs point outlook. i've read when researching inverse: duplicate emails being received due outlook not recognizing identical due slight difference in timestamp.
either way, issue has been resolved client's satisfaction removing delegate access. appreciate suggestions, can close thread.
thanks,
