Outlook 365 calendar messed up - Microsoft Community


we group of 3 must see each others calendars. run on macs.

we run office 365 through godaddy. work on iphones

if 1 person has appointment on calendar should @ 4 p.m.

we see odd time in middle of night.

we have checked , double checked our time zones , set correctly.

better understand situation, please collect following information:
1. mail account office 365 account, outlook.com account or other third-party email account?
2. share calendar others in outlook mac client or web mail? also, i'd confirm if have view permission on other's calendar.
3. shared calendar mess in outlook client or web mail (access mailbox via browser? please capture screenshot of messed calendar further investigation.
4. if issue occurs in outlook mac client, please try update latest version first (currently, latest version of outlook mac 2016 15.35.17061000). then, log web mail via ie > check if issue same in web mail service. can identify if outlook client issue or account setting issue. please highlight problematic events , let know correct time zone , wrong time zone are.

Sync Error: 800CCC0F-0-0-560 and 8004DF03-0-0-560 - Microsoft Community

hello i know others have posted error, not recently, , not outlook 2016. have imap account. so receiving number of errors in synchronization logs (800ccc0f-0-0-560 , 8004df03-0-0-560). appears draft folder thats causing issue. however, there nothing saved in draft folder in outlook or webmail client. i have talked 4 different microsoft tech support people. have repaired office, repaired pst file, created new outlook data file, turned off antivirus, subscribed/unsubscirbed folders (though cant unsubscribe drafts). any ideas? hi weiss, you may getting errors due permissions in outlook. let's see if changing root folder make difference when syncing mail. follow these steps: open outlook. click on file . go account settings . select account settings . click on change . select more settings . go advanced . enter inbox as root folder path . click ok . restart outlook. let know if steps allow aroun...
