problem with the main "Inbox" folder - Microsoft Community


because of hdd ssd, outlook "inbox" folder contains 1 called "e:\outlook\amis.pst" mails stored.

and have before :

the folder inbox cannot deleted , want move content of folder "e:\outlook\amis.pst" "inbox"

i have plenty of rules refering inbox, re-route incoming mails elsewhere, , avoid changing of them.

any clue???   in advance

when started ms outlook , received path error msg had browse , select pst data file @ new location.

as have managed import data file, folder set leading trash older set.

.

start scratch, outlook closed, control panel (view large icons)>mail applet(mail 32bit)

in resulting window, profiles>add new (with prompt profile ticked), mail account>email tab>new.... add mail account pop (you need settings provided isp) in data files add amis.pst located on e:\ set default mail account.

finish process, start ms outlook using new profile, originally, prior ssd

Sync Error: 800CCC0F-0-0-560 and 8004DF03-0-0-560 - Microsoft Community

hello i know others have posted error, not recently, , not outlook 2016. have imap account. so receiving number of errors in synchronization logs (800ccc0f-0-0-560 , 8004df03-0-0-560). appears draft folder thats causing issue. however, there nothing saved in draft folder in outlook or webmail client. i have talked 4 different microsoft tech support people. have repaired office, repaired pst file, created new outlook data file, turned off antivirus, subscribed/unsubscirbed folders (though cant unsubscribe drafts). any ideas? hi weiss, you may getting errors due permissions in outlook. let's see if changing root folder make difference when syncing mail. follow these steps: open outlook. click on file . go account settings . select account settings . click on change . select more settings . go advanced . enter inbox as root folder path . click ok . restart outlook. let know if steps allow aroun...
