when delete emails disappear - not found in deleted folder

depends on type of mail account, pop, imap or?

within ms outlook, file>account settings>email tab...........domain name , type shown?

how disable new feature one-click archive or restore backspace/delete remove email instead of archiving? it's confusing find junk mails in archive folder and annoying find out there no way unbind backspace/delete button archive you can disable backspace shortcut affects using backspace in outlook - backspace work typing won't if click in text , try backspace.
