since specific time morning, cannot connect outlook (live/hotmail) mail address using outlook 2016 client, getting continual authentication prompts. occurring on 2 separate devices using outlook client. coincidence samsung mail app on android phone stopped @ same time.
interestingly outlook app on phone still continues work, windows 10 mail app still works , can log in outlook.com ok. problem seems specific outlook (office) client , mail app on phone.
has changed, or there issues @ backend?
