User cannot access email using O365 Portal - Microsoft Community


i have 1 user continues receive following error when trying access email in o365:

there many active sessions connected mailbox. please close other open sessions , try sign in again after few minutes. if mailbox shared multiple users, make sure other users sign out before try.

the issued has been resolved. appears timeouts have expired allowing user access email morning.
