Can not Forward emails from Office 365 version of Outlook on a Mac. - Microsoft Community


hello!

whenever try forward email through web portal email client on macbook pro unable so.

i receive above message. "the message can't sent right now. please try again later."

i able create , send new messages or copy , paste of information new email send it, unable forward emails.

i have tried logging account on pc , forwarding same mails , have been able forward emails without issue in pc web client.

any thoughts on things try fix this?

i  understand cannot forward email using outlook on web (owa). please check top left corner on owa , let know see. can refer screenshot below.


 

as mention works on pc, please use same browser on mac , see if there improvement. if not, check if issue occurs on other browsers.

 

if issue still occurs, please provide information further troubleshoot issue:

1. browser use (chrome, firefox, ie, etc.), , upgrade latest versions of browser.

2. type of email account use on owa (exchange mode, imap, pop3).

3. if email account non-office 365 account, please provide type (outlook.com, etc.).

4. try temporarily disable antivirus/security software.

Sync Error: 800CCC0F-0-0-560 and 8004DF03-0-0-560 - Microsoft Community

hello i know others have posted error, not recently, , not outlook 2016. have imap account. so receiving number of errors in synchronization logs (800ccc0f-0-0-560 , 8004df03-0-0-560). appears draft folder thats causing issue. however, there nothing saved in draft folder in outlook or webmail client. i have talked 4 different microsoft tech support people. have repaired office, repaired pst file, created new outlook data file, turned off antivirus, subscribed/unsubscirbed folders (though cant unsubscribe drafts). any ideas? hi weiss, you may getting errors due permissions in outlook. let's see if changing root folder make difference when syncing mail. follow these steps: open outlook. click on file . go account settings . select account settings . click on change . select more settings . go advanced . enter inbox as root folder path . click ok . restart outlook. let know if steps allow aroun...
