How to always "Pop Out" when composing email in Outlook - Microsoft Community

folks, want set whenever compose email, pops out.  how do this?  not fan of staying part of base ui.

new message should pop out in new window. replies , forwards pop-outs enabled checking box next "open replies , forwards in new window" in "replies , forwards" section of file>options>mail. outlook 2013 , 2016.

how disable new feature one-click archive or restore backspace/delete remove email instead of archiving? it's confusing find junk mails in archive folder and annoying find out there no way unbind backspace/delete button archive you can disable backspace shortcut affects using backspace in outlook - backspace work typing won't if click in text , try backspace.
