Bounce back email from fictitious address - Microsoft Community


when send bcc group email message, bounce email not exist in address book. how eliminate this?

in first messages received, there nothing unaccepted email address (no name , no other information) , message email not delivered address.  since not find email anywhere in address book, didn't know delete future mailings.

immediately after posted question, realized latest "bounce back" email contained lot more data , in looking through it, did find name in address book.  i removed name list , have not had problem since.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
