Office for MAC 2016 outlook Keeps crashing - Microsoft Community


hi all,

i have imac osx sierra on office 2016 , keeps crashing when accessing calendar, randomly, when mac not being used outlook open.

i hav tried rebuilding fresh osx on , still continues.

the error report below - ideas?

to solve problem, please provide following information:

1. version of outlook mac client , mac os use?

2. entire crash log. protect privacy, have sent private message collect it. can access private message via link: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/privatemessages/list

3. type of email account use, office 365 account, gmail account, hotmail.com account or other account?

 

meanwhile, recommend use clean startup determine whether background programs cause outlook mac client crash.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
