Outlook 2016 (v15.35) on Mac repeatedly prompts for passwords - Microsoft Community


please see subject.

outlook connnect (and fetch mail) while, after 2/3 minutes request password again. clicking "no" on box causes oulook become "disconnected".

as can imagine, makes outlook practically useless, extremely furstrating.

we've tried re-adding email account, exhibits same behavior.

our local excange 2010 sp3 instance patched latest version of writing.

the exact error message:

suggest try clear saved credentials accounts added in outlook mac steps below:
· make sure quite outlook , other office apps. go keychain access
· search "exchange" under login --> items , delete everything
· search "office" , delete everything
· search "adal" , delete everything 
· launch outlook

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
