Outlook for Mac - Microsoft Community


i can not synch microsoft account (outlook emails) outlook mac on imac, when try set account, keep getting, (authentication failed, please check info , try again) there special need in order microsoft synching outlook on brand new imac.?

1. screenshot error message “authentication failed, please check info , try again”.

2. outlook emails, using outlook.com account? if not, please provide email address suffix through private message us. can access private message via link below:

3. have set two-step verification on outlook emails account? if so, please type two-step verification’s code password , try configuring account on outlook mac again.

4. detailed version of outlook mac client , os version.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
