Outlook PST - Microsoft Community


i have imported in 2 pst files outlook 2010 on old machine outlook 2016 on new machine

under account settings in outlook, these 2 files under data files , there 2 associated emails accounts

is correct? delete double data file imported in has correct sub folders, email 1 doesnt

did within ms outlook undertake file>open & export>import old data file, or did open in ms outlook?

any data file open in ms outlook, i.e. visible in outlook tree view pane show under data files

if old data not appear in 2016 personal folders set hasn't been imported, did add mail account pop mail account didn't you?

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
