Reminders appear way too early - Microsoft Community


i'm getting reminders days before calendar event. example: have event set 6am on thursday , @ 10am on wednesday sends me reminder. how fix this? possible turn reminders off?

we know more issue. time zone set on pc same in outlook calendar?

please check option in outlook under options > calendar > time zone, , confirm same pc time zone under control panel > clock, language, , region > date , time > time zone.

you may check articles provided below information , steps turn off alerts in outlook 2016.

set or remove reminders

turn new message alert pop-up on or off

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
