Dictionary randomly working - Microsoft Community


have office 365 , dictionary randomly grays out , unavailable half time.  i've read notes on how restore settings , have done that.  yet settings accurate , feature comes , goes in office 365 products (outlook, word, excel, etc.)  suggestions?

based on description, mean saying "dictionary randomly grays out"? let focus on word , narrow down issue, please share more information us:

1) did create custom dictionary? if yes, please go file > options > proofing > custom dictionaries capture screenshot us. then, share steps on how crate it.

2) have installed office add-ins recently? if yes, hold ctrl and click on word start word in safe mode check outcome.

3) go file > account capture screenshot office product information.
