Outlook 2016 Will Not Open After Original Setup - Microsoft Community

using outlook 2016 - can initial set of *** email address removed privacy *** premium account in outlook 2016 app (part of office365 home service). messages, folders, calendars, etc. load properly; outlook 2016 shows working exchange account , files , folders updated.  on next launch of outlook 2016 3 error messages, 1 after other:

1) "outlook cannot log on.  verify connected network , using proper mail box name.  microsoft exchange information service in profile missing required information.  modify profile insure using correct microsoft exchange information service"'  after clicking ok -

2) "system resources critically low. close windows."  after clicking ok -

3)  "cannot start microsoft outlook. cannot open outlook window. set of folders cannot opened. information store not open."

after outlook 2016 fails , not launched.  i've tried find , update/modify information might missing, have been unable make changes using tools found in control panel - 'mail (microsoft outlook 2016)'. can delete existing profiles , go through initial setup again, results in same thing - initial setup works, subsequent launch fails described.  deleting , re-installing office365 home, likewise, not fix problem.

i should add of other versions of outlook work - outlook.com (web mail), mail apps on windows 10, windows mobile , android outlook app.  it's outlook 2016 app office365 home account not work (and after initial setup).  

also premium outlook.com account use non microsoft private domain - *** email address removed privacy *** - network solutions have changed appropriate mx records.  have above noted *** email address removed privacy *** address set alias on microsoft account.

beyond not using outlook 2016, there suggestions on how fix problem?

• any changes took place in computer before issue occurred?
