the preview pane mailbox stops working intermittently, remaining blank @ times when select message preview inbox.
i have been settings try re-set this, without success far & i'm having open each email double-clicking open in new window.

we don’t know whether using outlook web app or outlook desktop. temporarily assume using outlook desktop. since outlook client shows blank when selecting message preview, try resetting navigation pane , check if helps:
1. close outlook client.
2. hold down windows key + r.
3. copy , paste, or type following command in open box, , press enter:
outlook.exe /resetnavpane
note: there space between outlook.exe , /resetnavpane.
in addition, try changing network environment in case problem related network. also, can try using quick repair repair outlook client.
if problem persists, please provide following information us:
1. detailed version of outlook client.
2. preview window show on right or bottom? take screenshot of entire outlook interface when problem occurs.
