Cannot open Outlook - Microsoft Community


we have office 365 enterprise e3 subscription. 1 of colleagues cannot open outlook. gets following message while opening outlook

any suggestions on matter appreciated.

according error message, corrupted outlook data file factor. so, suggest repair outlook data file give shot firstly via instruction https://support.office.com/en-us/article/repair-outlook-data-files-pst-and-ost-25663bc3-11ec-4412-86c4-60458afc5253?ui=en-us&rs=en-us&ad=us 

moreover, may try microsoft office 365 support , recovery assistant tool (sara) (problems outlook). and, here article regarding outlook related issue reference.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
