"email" hotlinks on web pages no longer opens my Outlook 2013 - Microsoft Community


when go webpage in browser , there hotlink email, used able click email , outlook open "new email" email address in to: field.

now no longer works. nothing happens when click email hotlink on webpage. if hold cursor on email hotlink small window pops saying "mailto: email address"; work anymore.

any browser; ie11, chrome, firefox or edge.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
