Outlook 2007: Right Click on mail works only when more than one - Microsoft Community


hello!  friends:

recently, did not close outlook before shut down computer. following errors arised result:

1.  error message received when trying repair outlook in safe mode, says safe mode cannot started.

2.  when starts outlook normally, right click not work when single mail selected. right click works when more 1 mails selected.

any helps rectify appreciated.

p.s.    i did microsoft office repair no avail.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
