Outlook 2016 not recognized as default mail client .. This issue has - Microsoft Community


hi using outlook 2016 had been fine no error messages.. not until open file example (adobe, bluebeam, snip..) , try send click send email , " outlook not recognized default mail client..ect" in instance has else had issue. 

 i have tried

-remove -reinstall

-repair

-registry edits

you name it

stumped :-(

moved community participation center


***moved post appropriate office product.***

perhaps recent update

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
