Outlook 365 shutting down - Microsoft Community


every time open outlook 365 shuts down after minute or , restarts , lose email composing.
i using windows 10 pro

hi,

to address query, suggest try opening outlook in office safe mode. can allow safely use when has encountered problems. here's how:

method 1:

  1. find shortcut icon office application.

  2. press , hold ctrl key , double-click application shortcut.

  3. click yes when window appears asking if want start application in safe mode.

method 2:

  1. right-click start button (lower-left corner) in windows, , click run.
    alternatively, can press windows logo key , r key on keyboard.
  2. in run box, type command:
    type outlook /safe, , click ok.

if issue still persists, suggest follow steps on how repair office application (outlook) provided on link: repair office application.

update on result.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
