Search stopped working Outlook 2016 W10 search folders working - Microsoft Community


i using outlook 2016 on dell xps windows 10. search feature stopped working last week, have rebuilt index, selected , deselected outlook in modify section no avail, completely uninstalled , reinstalled office.

the index appears in place , if use search folders can required e-mail showing up.

the indexing status  says "outlook has finished indexing of items"

can please assist

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
