Importing contacts from an Excel spreadsheet to Outlook - Microsoft Community


trying importing contacts excel spreadsheet outlook2013. font use in spreadsheet time new roman greek. save the excel workbook as a .csv file.

i follow instructions. all goes untili there to assignthe columns of csv file into outlook contacts fields.

i think problem column header in csv file. please delete , add column header in csv file , save file new name , try import csv file again. may have update map dragging each value correct feild. hope resolve issue.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
