Office 365 ProPlus Current Release March 14, 2017 Version 1702 - Microsoft Community


we discovered issue latest current release of office 365 proplus. outlook attached pst file stored on network causes outlook crash , restart. attaching pst locally works fine, resolve issue reinstalled office using first release deferred version , works fine.

i getting similar behaviour although not affecting everyone. example, if user tries open pst file on network share - crash outlook. if login same computer , attach same pst in same network location, outlook not crash , works successfully. office on same version above. have copied pst locally user can access pst without crashes.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
