Outlook 2010 calendar error - Microsoft Community

i have problem outlook 2010.  when trying access calendar book resource ( meeting room) have following errors:

cannot open calendar folder user *********

cannot display folder properties. folder may have been deleted or server folder stored may unavailable.

can help.

the issue encountering might caused if room mailbox doesn't have associated active directory account in on-premises environment.

for better assistance, know more information concern.

  • when did issue first occur?
  • did make recent changes on outlook settings?
  • what email server using on outlook? pop3, imap or exchange?
  • are trying access shared calendar on outlook?

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
