Outlook 2013 Voting buttons are not visible at receiving end. - Microsoft Community


hi,

i sent message voting buttons shared mailbox dynamic dl.

voting buttons not visible users when received message.

i tested sending same message normal dl ,voting buttons visible @ users end.

why voting buttons not visible when sent dynamic dl recipients?

could please suggest on this?

looks encountering issues polls in email messages.

for better assist concern, know email protocol using? pop3, imap or exchange server?

we'll waiting response.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
