Outlook 2016 Search Issue - Microsoft Community


hi,

i have been seeing peculiar problem outlook 2016.

normally add own form fields under search (refer screenshot below).

now happens keyword have specified not removed , sticks there.

i have remove field using "x" , add field again.

this looks serious bug microsoft has fix it.

which exact build number of outlook using?
file-> office account

does happen field or subject field?

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
