Outlook - Microsoft Community


i registered microsoft 365 need use google apps sync set email account.  apparently need download desktop version of outlook in order cannot find way of doing this.  know if can done or have buy outlook (msoffice) , download ?

since have office 365 account registered, can download desktop version of outlook device without having buy again. started, can check link guide.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
