Sent emails kept going into my outbox folder even when emails are - Microsoft Community


hi there,

i keep receiving draft emails in outbox folders when emails have been sent out. duplication draft emails in outbox , sent items. please see below image.

please help! thanks.

hello even,

there several factors why sent messages remains in draft folders , going figure out. before proceed, may know following:

  • when did issue first occur?
  • did make recent changes on device or email settings?
  • what email server setting set on email account? pop3, imap or exchange?
  • what email application use access email account?

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
