Can't see or open attachment in the email - Microsoft Community


can see paperclip icon on email in inbox. when open email, cannot see attachment. there nothing in bar attachments are. in addition, digital signature wasn't trusted, changing didn't help. please help

hi,

since have mentioned using outlook 2016 access email, may know if have tried accessing email through web?
