Inbox missing from Outlook 365 2016 - Microsoft Community


i downloaded office 365 business laptop @ home , when using mail client outlook 2016 inbox missing. have tried mentioned suggestions of going view , folder pane , selecting normal several times no results. have other suggestions. have completed running updates see if fix restarted outlook no success. have ideas?

if issue persists, i’d confirm following information narrow down issue:

  1. do mean inbox folder missing emails in it? please provide screenshot symptom in outlook.
  2. is inbox missing in outlook web app (owa)?
  3. the detailed version of outlook client. please navigate file> office account> office updates to check it.
  4. how configure account in outlook client, via exchange, pop/imap?

Sync Error: 800CCC0F-0-0-560 and 8004DF03-0-0-560 - Microsoft Community

hello i know others have posted error, not recently, , not outlook 2016. have imap account. so receiving number of errors in synchronization logs (800ccc0f-0-0-560 , 8004df03-0-0-560). appears draft folder thats causing issue. however, there nothing saved in draft folder in outlook or webmail client. i have talked 4 different microsoft tech support people. have repaired office, repaired pst file, created new outlook data file, turned off antivirus, subscribed/unsubscirbed folders (though cant unsubscribe drafts). any ideas? hi weiss, you may getting errors due permissions in outlook. let's see if changing root folder make difference when syncing mail. follow these steps: open outlook. click on file . go account settings . select account settings . click on change . select more settings . go advanced . enter inbox as root folder path . click ok . restart outlook. let know if steps allow aroun...
