Office 365 Personal. Outlook sne is not working - Microsoft Community


have office 365 , outlook, cannot send emails it's sits in outbox.

hi, 

 

issue such can result of changes in the configuration settings. provide appropriate steps can resolve concern, we'd verify following: 

 

  • have made recent changes prior issue? 

  • are getting error messages or error codes when try send email? 

  • what troubleshooting steps have done far resolve concern?

how disable new feature one-click archive or restore backspace/delete remove email instead of archiving? it's confusing find junk mails in archive folder and annoying find out there no way unbind backspace/delete button archive you can disable backspace shortcut affects using backspace in outlook - backspace work typing won't if click in text , try backspace.
