sorry bumping why that? purpose or reasoning? plainly doesn't make sense. i'm not going remember every 30 days go online app archive when got application right on mac quicker use. windows app has not mac? doesn't make sense.

based on article - archive messages in outlook (for mac), can archive messages in of email accounts you've connected outlook 2016 mac. these include exchange (version 2016 , later), office 365, outlook.com, hotmail, icloud, google, , yahoo!

the archive button shows on home tab below:

if couldn’t see button, i’d confirm following:

  1. the outlook detailed version number.
    open outlook mac app, click the outlook menu > about outlook. please capture screenshot of version.
  2. the environment of email account set on outlook mac, exchange on premise account? if so, please make sure exchange server version 2016 or later.
  3. how did configure email account? based on test, archive button won’t show if email set via pop protocol. article reference: add email account outlook 2016 mac

Sync Error: 800CCC0F-0-0-560 and 8004DF03-0-0-560 - Microsoft Community

hello i know others have posted error, not recently, , not outlook 2016. have imap account. so receiving number of errors in synchronization logs (800ccc0f-0-0-560 , 8004df03-0-0-560). appears draft folder thats causing issue. however, there nothing saved in draft folder in outlook or webmail client. i have talked 4 different microsoft tech support people. have repaired office, repaired pst file, created new outlook data file, turned off antivirus, subscribed/unsubscirbed folders (though cant unsubscribe drafts). any ideas? hi weiss, you may getting errors due permissions in outlook. let's see if changing root folder make difference when syncing mail. follow these steps: open outlook. click on file . go account settings . select account settings . click on change . select more settings . go advanced . enter inbox as root folder path . click ok . restart outlook. let know if steps allow aroun...
