Problem after re-connect - Microsoft Community


hi

i have problem re-connect e-mail outlook desktop version. i'm using outlook.com account connected domain. have done "all" reconnect stuff still dont work.

do need change dns-settings?? , what??

called microsoft support i'm not sure if understood problem...

please help, @ least hint.

  • what email domain using?
  • which server using (pop3, imap or exchange).
