2016 Outlook fails to finish synronization process - Microsoft Community


this recurring problem. date updates windows10.

over last 6 mos have created numerous new profiles , new accounts solve problem (losing lots of hours , data along way) professional costly assistance "myphonesupport" says sanctioned ms. every time touch problem, new calendar created , lose contacts. sync problem abates...and returns in few weeks. cannot change imap since first started when accounts pop. getting in way of productivity, , i'm afraid contact mps again b/c of mess leave behind, contact list. gratefully received.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
