Cannot add user to a group. Error message: "You can only add - Microsoft Community


i created new group, found unable add group. have tried add in organization, keep getting error message, "you can add individual people inside or outside organization." going on here , how can people added new group?

i'm having same issue.  logged owa , able add no problem.  updated outlook recent updates, rebooted , still same issue.  added member admin console fine.  then made member owner , user add users outlook without issue


Office / Outlook / Windows other / Office 365 for business

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
