Cannot edit or delete old invites created in Outlook after profile - Microsoft Community


i have user had delete profile due corruption. after created new profile, no longer can edit or delete invites created prior getting profile changed.

thoughts on how work around this?

based on description provided, appears there misconfigured settings in outlook. however, still need determine cause of concern. before proceed, may know following:

  • what troubleshooting steps have tried far?
  • are getting error messages when trying edit or delete invite? if so, can send screenshot? note: please not include personal information.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
