Drag e-mail to calendar doesn't save to default calendar - Microsoft Community


when dragging e-mail calendar make new appointment outlook doesn't save default calendar.

i've used outlook 2 years 1 account. i've added new account , today made default one. works fine except dragging e-mails calendar make new appointment. doesn't matter account email sent or drag new appointment end upp in calendar 2 year old account user organizer. can't make appointment in new default account e-mail. why?

to concern regarding appointments on calendar, let me suggest remove first account reconfigure second one. remove add again account want set default in outlook.

please let know how goes assist further.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
