Exporting Outlook 2013 contacts CSV Missing info - Microsoft Community


dear community

i have windows 8. pro office 2013 , want move contacts outlook 2016 on windows 7pro (before going windows 10 @ later stage office 365). 

issue: cannot seem able export contacts anymore. before start let me preempt contacts quite developed (i input , have many categories each vcard)

1) export via csv not in full. when open csv file can see missing many fields. tried map every field doesn't change results. fields missing addresses in details, notes, birthdays etc. looks exporting "people" basics.

 

2) export via pst file says unknown error

any experience on appreciated. absolutely need transfer data quickly

ps: small question: need recreate categories before import 2016 version or come naturally export files? cannot seem find answer on support site

run scanpst repair tool, if finds/fixes error run again/again until finds no more fix

with ol closed, copy primary pst data file media, on other pc copy media \my documents\outlook files\ , when setting ol on new pc during process associate copied pst pop mail account.

then when start ol before data

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
